The rules of the Motel


On arrival the customer must fill out a travel card.


Check-out before 12.00, if not otherwise agreed.

The key cards have to be returned to the reception.


Payment is due upon arrival.


Room reservation for individual customers can be cancelled without charges at latest by 18:00 on the day of arrival.  If you do not cancel your reservation, the motel have right to charge for the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled (if more than 1 night). 

Departure before the date agreed

If you leave before the agreed departure date, the sum of unused accommodation is not refundable.


The customer has to take into account other customers and not to mess or vandalize motel’s property. Any damage has to be informed to the motel’s personnel. The compensation will be agreed case by case basis.


Pets are allowed if agreed beforehand. Pets are not allowed to mess or damage rooms, or to sleep/play on beds or sofas. The compensation of any damage will be agreed case by case basis

Additional fee will be charged for pet 10€/pet/per night and 15€/2 pets/night.


Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.

If there has been smoked inside the motel, we will charge cleaning costs of 50 to 200 euros.

Booking in advance

When a customer makes a query in advance by e-mail, we will send the customer information requested by e-mail, and after receiving the customer’s reservation, we will send confirmation of the reservation.

If the customer has not received our confirmation, then e-mail traffic may be experiencing errors. If the customer has not received the confirmation, we recommend that the customer contact us by phone, in order to confirm booking.

We are not responsible, and we will not reimburse any costs, if we have not received confirmation of the reservation, either by email or telephone, and motel is at the same time fully booked.

Big events booking cancellation

Big events such as competitions, fairs, festivals and similar events:

  • If pre-booked room / apartment is canceled 30 days or less to the event, we will charge half the agreed accommodation fee.
  • If the cancellation takes place one 1-7 days before or the day of the event, full price will be charged.
